See All ReviewsThe men was nice over the phone. The problem I had was, he gave no price for oxtail. So when I got there , I had asked what was the price was and he said 30. I only got one large oxtail order. He said he was out of cabbage. Didn't offer a replacement item to make up. Even though I said it was ok after all, I thought it was odd that he asked 30 for one order, no extra meat. I thought that was his pricing until I came to the website and found its one 16 dollars large. All sold with rice and cabbage. So 16 missing the cabbage, I still would have been fine with that. But not 30 dollars. And there were 5 oxtail on the plate. It was also very dry and chewy. Didn't fall off the bone like I had from other places. No real gravy sauce. I just wish I had a better experience.
Once you get to know the staff, they're very friendly and very welcoming. They'll recommend good food to you. Their juices, wherever they get them from, and their rum cake are some of my absolute favorites to get every single time. My first Jamaican rum cake ever and it tastes like dark cherries, it's amazing.
The restaurant outdoor has a pleasant and inviting atmosphere, However, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The flavors did not meet my expectations, and I regretted spending my money there. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit, but the food could use significant.
